How Can Skin Allergy On The Scrotum Be Treated?

Hello! I never had an issues with my scrotum (I m 26 years old). However, a few months ago I took a coaching job and as such, coach several days a week, several hours a day. Lots of activity and sweat. About two weeks in I noticed my left ball sack becoming very dry, scaly, almost leathery. I wash everyday, and moisturizer my balls everyday since seeing this (several times a day). Fast forward to now, months later, and my balls are red (not swollen), and their is greyish skin on it that when peels off leaves fresh, almost open skin. They are sore in the open skin spots. No bleeding. No lumps. I m very worried and don t know what to do.
