Hello doctor, my daughter 3.5 years old, spilled hot milk on her head by accident. There are blisters at four to five places on the scalp. I am using silverex ointment. I want to know if there could be any chance of infection since its in the hair. Kindly help me in this regard. Can antibiotics be used as a precaution
