How Can Skin Circles In The Body Be Treated?

i get circles on my skin, it has been on my earlobe, neck, face, forhead, arms, legs and now I have one on the top of my toe. it does not hurt nor is it itchy. After a shower, the top layer of skin peels of in the complete round circle and just leaves a red perfect circle, unitl I shower again. they last for quite a while. they are usually small except the one I had on my neck, that was huge.???

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having cholinergic urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Use lukewarm water for bathing.
2. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 2 months.
4. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
