Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have want to get your skin color lightened and you taking medications which are not benefiting you is because your condition is recurrent.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil, dust and bacteria on your face. Apply Clindamycin gel. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Apply vitamin E oil at night. If condition still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
