How Can Skin Cracks On The Corners Of The Mouth Be Treated?

The corners of my mouth have been bothering me for a long time, cracking/splitting, and dry, too. I;ve used various creams (over the counter) which sometime helps. Sometimes it heals up termporarily, but always comes back. I ve been reading about this symptom, may be from a lack of Vitamin B6 in my diet. Could be right, since I don t always eat very healthy. Do you think taking B6 could help at all?
