How Can Skin Cuts On The Penis Be Treated?

Hello, my partner has suffered skin splits on his penis through penetrive sex. They started as hairline splits that over time have got worse, ie the splits have become much larger. This is causing him a lot of discomfort when urinating, he describes the pain as razor blades. Also very painful to touch. The cuts are quite deep as well. He s been using sudocrem, savalon, and bepathen but the healing process is very long. We are both in a committed relationship, I have no personal issues either. Wondering if you can help at all

Hi,

Noted the history about your partner about deep cuts on penis due to penetrative sex, not healing in spite of Sudocrem, Savlon and Bepathen. You both are in committed relationship.
The commonest cause I can think about is as follows:
The skin is thin and can bed cut during penetrative sex due to dry vagina since there is no lubrication.
Balanoposthitis that is inflammation of the glans and foreskin.
Possible diabetes.
You having vaginitis transfering the STD known to occur even in committed relationship.
Hence I would advise you both the following:
Consult a General Surgeon to see for the exact effect of the problems, rule out diabetes and other diseases which can affect the life.
Yourself to consult a Gynecologist and see for any disease that can be treated well.
If there is long prepuce then he may need a circumcision.
Till then apply Liquid Povidone Iodine to the affected area after cleaning with plain water three times a day.
