How Can Skin Lesions Be Prevented While Suffering From Diabetes?
sister,54,diabetes, kidney machine, high blood pressure, skin lesions, burned skin, debriefed skin, open wounds. Doctors have given up and wants family to sent her to hospice for 4-6 months. Is anything can be done to stop the skin lesions. She has had 2 surgeries so far. family very scared. She is talking and in her right mind but is on heavy pain meds.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
