Hi, I have a pt that developed bilateral lower legs lucid non pruritic rash , noted after is CABG. He has been txt for cellulitis & steroid cream. A little better, but not totally gone & this has been going on for abt 2 wks! Thank you for feedback
The symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis. I suggest using antihistamines such as Levocetirizine 10 mg. I also recommend using Steroid lotion for local application.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
