Hii ...good morning docter..I am Pooja n my age is 41years..I had a very bright n white face before many years but it has become very dark n dull because of sun lightning n pigmentation.I never use chemical products or facials etc.but still I HV a dark complexion ..plz suggest something to look good n bright...

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

You need to avoid the too much sun during day time, keep yourself away from kitchen stoves and heating.
Use sun screen when you go outside, with SPF more than 50 will be helpful.

You can use certain whiting agents like CLEAR WHITE that they will reduce your melanin level in skin.

There are modern Lazar treatment for skin whiting procedure also available, though it is some what costly too.
