How Can Sleep Apnea And Stiff Neck Be Treated?

I suffer from sleep apnea , A-Fib (take warfin) and an stiff neck that keep me from sleeping. I have taken tylenol pm to aid my sleeping for some time, and recently found that extended use is not good. I was told that Valarian Root might be an effective replacement to help me sleep through the night, My problem is not getting to sleep as much as waking several times than not able to quickly go back to sleep. What is your thought or what other longer term remedy might you have? Also, a pain med to relieve neck pain long term?
