How Can Small Callous Like Dots On The Big Toe Be Treated?
I have small callous-like dots on the ball of my left big toe and along what would call the toe-line on the next couple of toes. Is causing on-going pain. I have been treated for gout which typically settles in the base joint of my left big toe. Could this be related or something different? Thanks, Tom

As per your case history of callus on the toe, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid pressure on feet and wear loose footwear.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Apply a salicylic acid plus lactic acid lotion-like Salatin paint on affected region once at night.
4. Other treatment options are chemical cauterization and laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.
