How Can Sneezing And Nasal Congestion Be Treated With Natural Remedies?

Hello, I have been suffering nasal sneezing congestion over 3 years first of all I m in Hawaii, but I never had these symptoms until I turned 48 I m looking for other alternatives like natural remedy. I don t like to used such medicine if possible. I sneeze only when I wake up then in the evenings after a while it goes away but it s been happening more within this 5 months and been feelin tired too and no appetite. Please advice! Sinus hurts and u dear earth my eyes are puffy which making me look older.

from your complaints i can infer that you either have chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis.

for this you should get an xray done of your paranasal sinuses to look for depositions in the sinuses.

secondly you should take anti histaminic drugs like levocetrizine or monteleukast for your allergy

for natural remedies, take steam twice daily for 2 weeks and it will do wonders.

last resort will be a steroid injection in your sinuses.
kindly consult nearby ENT surgeon for further evaluation.
