How Can Sore Lumps Formed Behind The Ear Be Treated?
I have a recurring lump behind my left ear and in the back of my head in that same spot. It has been coming and going for a couple of weeks now, along with it I get a fuzzy feeling in my head and a mild headache. there is tenderness from the lump. It will swell one day then go down and swell again. Do you have any idea what would cause this.
Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about lumps at back of ear which comes and goes can probably be a lymph node swelling which gets sore and palpaple during any regional infection like it can be throat infection, tooth infection or commonly it can be probably a symptom of viral fever as it is associated with mild headache also..You need not to worry and as of now take analgesic like Ibuprofen and antibiotic like azithral can be helpful but should be taken by consulting a physician. I suggest you to visit your physician to rule out the cause if it is causing much discomfort..I hope the information helps you...Take care.
