Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
You seem to be suffering from a severe
upper respiratory infection. You need to take a course of antibiotic. tab. Amoxicillin with
clavulanic acid 625mg daily thrice for 5 days. tab. Pantoprazole once daily, half an hour before food to prevent gastric irritation. You can continue Motrin until fever and pain subsides and Benadryl. Please stop Acetaminophen when you are on Motrin. Claritin is also to be stopped. Steam inhalation with 2 drops of eucalyptus oil, salt water gargling surely help in symptomatic relief. If cough is associated with sputum, an expectorant, bronchodilator is advised (bronchorex syrup with bromhexine, guaphenesin, terbutaline) for dry cough, syrup containing
chlorpheniramine maleate and
dextromethorphan. Even with the above treatment for 5 days, if no improvement is noticed, you can go for an
ENT specialist. Don't worry, I'm confident of your recovery in next 3 days.

Take care
