Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat and body ache which is due to bacterial infection which has spread down respiratory tract and leading to loss of voice.
Need not tow worry. Gargle with a numbing mouthwash for relief of pain. Do warm saline gargles 3- 4 times a day. Use mist humidifiers in room. Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily. You should take antibiotics like Levofloxacin or Azithromycin for 3- 5 days. You should give rest to your throat speak less. Go for steam inhalation. visit ENT specialist once and get it thoroughly examined. Start treatment after proper diagnosis along with this go for lab tests such as blood and swab test.
