How Can Sore Throat And Cough Be Treated?

I feel ache and congestive day. I can't seem to shake it. What can i take to start feeling better.i have had a sore throat that turned into a cough, then i got aches and stated sneezing and now 5 days later i continue to fell ache and congested no energy.

As per your complain you have problem of sore throat and cough that may be because of infection of bacterial or viral which is common .
Colour of cough and consistency and frequency helpful for diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation helpful for further diagnosis .
Sputum culture test and blood cell count can done if needed..
If infection is present than antibiotics helpful.
Consult a ENT specialist for further information.
Warm water gargling, drink more water, Avoid oily foods.
