How Can Sore Throat And Headache Be Treated?

I am miserable with a sore throat and headache. I feel sinus pressure beginning. This is day two. I have a clear runny nose. The dry hacking cough is the worst symptom. How do I prevent this cold from turning into pneumonia or bronchitis, If it hasn t already? I do not have chills or fever.

Hi, I think you should take some antihistaminics. Do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation atleast 3 times per day. You may need some antibiotics like azithromycin also.
