To reduce your symptoms, what you can do at home is:
- Consumption of warm drinks and soft foods
- Avoid
smoking or inhaling cigarette smoke
- Gargle with salt water or antiseptic mouthwash
- Increase consumption of drinking water
- You can suck on ice cubes or throat lozenges
- Avoid drinks that are too hot or too
cold because they can cause irritation
- Get enough rest, including limiting talk for a while
- Create a comfortable air so it is not too dry and triggers irritation in the throat.
- Sip the candy lozenges or ordinary candy to increase the production of saliva prevention of dry throat
- Avoid substances that trigger irritation, such as cigarette smoke.
