How Can Soreness And Swelling In The Arms Be Treated?

Hi there. I had a flu like virus at the end of August. That went away and I was well for 1 week and then I had aches and sharp pains in different joints - would be in a leg and then an arm etc. Felt very lathargic all the time. I ve had a blood test and nothing has showed up. I have just been waiting to feel better and wait for things to settle down but I have numbness and tingling in my left shoulder and goes down to my waiste but just on the left hand side - comes and goes. I also had tingling and numbness on my face for 2 days but it did go - that was the reason I went for the blood test - that was done over a week ago.But I have muscle soreness, and lack of strength in both arms - worse on the right arm and swelling that goes up and down. Just not sure if I should wait for longer or go back and get checked out. I wake up with the pain arms and the left one comes and goes but the right one is consistently sore???

* So far as symptoms narrated here, there must be underlying immune response to inflammatory process which can be joint pathology of arthritis, nerve compression issue or else.
* I suggest an evaluation with an expert orthopedic and neurophysician for further management guidelines.
* Though primary relief with analgesic, supplements of vitamin B12 can be obtained.
