Well, beep inhaler is a steroid based inhaler and it can cause soreness inside mouth which is commonly secondary to
dry mouth..
People using steroid inhalers also have a tendency to develop fungal infections in mouth known as
Oral Thrush that can further add to inflammation and soreness inside mouth..
So my suggestion is to continue an Oral Physician and check that is it just inflamed mucosa inside mouth or you have developed Oral Thrush..
Once it is confirmed then you can be treated accordingly..
If you have got oral thrush then antifungal medication will be advised like
Nystatin mouthwash, oral intake of
Fluconazole and
Clotrimazole lozenges..
You can also be advised intake of plenty of Probiotics like Yogurt and garlic..
For soreness you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve discomfort especially during meals..
Also always gargle thorough after every time you use the inhaler..
