How Can Soreness In The Head Caused By An Injury Be Treated?

Early today I fell backwards(while standing)as a result of loading an air compressor into my truck. The cord wrapped around my foot and I went backwards, hitting my head on hard ground. Knocked me dizzy a Minute , but after checking for blood and found none, I continued with my chores. Sort of have a sore head but no other symptoms. Anything I should be looking for? I am a 77 year old female.

Hello,

It is minor contusion and will settle by itself.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, you can go for a CT scan.
