Yes, I have spasms in my throat really bad , it feels like something is pinching in there . I ve had them off and on for several years , stress really starts it up . I use to take a blue capsul call Bental . I would really like to go all natural if possible . Thanks Dannette YYYY@YYYY
Hello Don't be stressed..It may be tonsillitis or laryngitis..which is easily curable with Homoeopatic medicine..which doesn't have any side effects.. *If u wish you can take homoeopatic medicine Belladonna 200(4 pills) twicea day for 3 days.. *You can do gargl with Calendulla mother tincture(15ml)..Take 4-5 drops in a cup of lukewarm water.Do gargle with this ..keep it in mouth for half minute and throw it out. *You can have pinch of turmeric in a.cup of milk.. *Do gargle with pinch of salt in a cup of luke warm water. *Avoid sweets n cold in any form.a *Have always warm food. *Dont be stressed. *Have enough sleep n rest .
