How Can Speech Impairment And Vertigo Be Treated?
I am 80 years OLD. I had a cerebral aneurysm in 98. I have difficuliy in speech and gait/balance ptoblems.] can manage, but lately the walking has become moe difficult. I use a cane, but I feel a little tremor in my walking.therapy has not helped. Can you help?

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
Most probably it will be due to inner ear problems.
You might require drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief.
