General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Medicines will not have a major role. We have to evaluate for any underlying causes leads to low sperm count. Consult a urologist and get evaluated.

An ultrasound scan is required to look for conditions like varicocele, which can result in low sperm count. The immunological cause is another possibility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
