General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If your husband had suffered from high fever due to dengue, it might slightly may affect the sperm count and motility as sperms requires low temperature for production.
Sperm motility with 14% is extremely lower than normal limits and fertility index with this is quite low.
He can take medications containing L-carnitine, Alpha lipoic acid, Lecithin, CoQ10, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc, which will provide appropriate nutrients for sperm maturity and functioning.
Along with that, intake of diet like dry fruits, milk, honey, saffron and fruits like apple and papaya would help to increase the quality and quantity of sperms.
He needs to continue its intake for 3 months and get semen analysis done again to look for the improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
