hello i am lab technician person my sperm count is just 35 to 40 million per ml in my sperm 12-14 puss cell are present what can i do in culture no any bacteria and fungus are present now what can i do to increase my sperm motility only 50-55 percent are actively motile

You can get a scrotal ultrasound scan to look for any conditions like a varicocele, which might cause low motility.
There is no definite drug to increase sperm motility and all we have to do is to correct the underlying cause.
