How Can Spermatorrhea Be Treated?

I recently have a sex intercourse. Now I feel a problem that white fluid coming out from my penis. And week ago my scrotum becomes heavy due to some fluid inside it. And after 1-2 days I see that fluid outside the scrotum in my underwear. Please suggest me medication.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be due to urethritis with hydrocele or scrotal eczema with urethritis. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your venereologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
