Degenerative disc disease, posterior disc herniation, mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis, mild to moderate stenosis of the right neural foramen, spondylosis L5-S1. There is a grade 1 anterior spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1. Facet arthropathy L4-L5 and L5-S1. Facet joint edema. What does all this mean.
Hello from the report of MRI shown I can say you have a condition called Disc herniation. The condition is widely referred to as a slipped disc, it is a condition in which the disc (which is a peace of Cushing tissue between each vertebra) is bulging and compressing your nerves leading to back and legs pain. Anti-inflammatory treatments for pain associated with disc herniation are generally effective. Severe herniation may not heal of their own accord and may require surgery. Regards
