We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you may need to have MRI of spinal discs specially lumbar discs and neurosurgical evaluation in detail after careful sensory and motor examination as well as radiological comparison before deciding the appropriate management plan. If anatomical damage isn't much, may be bed rest and medical management with analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. If not working surgical repair would be inevitable however meanwhile proper rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
