How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

stenosis should i use teeter bar to help the pain i had ster0id shots but they did nothing for pain i m high risk for surgery dr.wants to put electric wire in back im not so sure about that do i need to get a stronger shot in my back i can only stand about 3 min. sitting makes my legs swell weigh300 an5ft 3

Hello

As you already consulted with spine surgeon and he advised surgery to put electric wire as you are a high risk case for surgery. As you have severe pain, so i think you should go for surgery. Along wit that don't put much pressure over back. You may require MRI back if not done earlier. After surgery, continue physiotherapy as advised. don't go for long journey.
