How Can Stiffness And Soreness In The Hands Be Treated?
For a few years I ve had periodic stiffness and soreness in my hands, and occasional swelling. A few months ago this was joined by the onset of tingling in my hands. I also have a very crunchy neck, and left shoulder pain which at times makes my left arm feel heavy. Vitamin B12 and diabetes tests have been done, as have tests for RA. The tingling is constant and is increasing. I m trying to figure out if these are all connected, or not?
Stiffness, pain and tingling could be due to Rheumatoid arthritis or some other arthritic disease. It could be due to vit. B12 deficiency along with vit. D as well as Calcium and magnesium deficiency. Get all these levels checked up and follow up with reports.
Do share the reports of diabetes testing along with vit. B12.
Thanks
