How Can Stiffness In The Body Due To Ankylosing Spondylitis Be Treated?
I have ankylosing spondylitis from the last 4 years last one year i am totally perfect but three months before i am suffering from chikungunya fever after that my spondylitis pain again start & my body is totally stiffed. What to do for removing stiffness from my body

I have gone through your query. A short course of muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and physiotherapy will be helpful. You can do warm showers twice daily for pain relief also.
