I am 69 but not very active. I developed a stiff neck 1 week ago. the stiffness moved fro m ledt trap to right and then back. I have taken Ibupropin, hydrocodone, and used heating pads with little relief. I an unable to find a comfortable spot and therefore am getting little sleep.
