How Can Stomach Ache And Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

I having stomach pain associated with trapped gas underneath breast bone, creating nausea, back, neck, and head pain. I have history of contispation but took lactulose last night. This morning not feeling well took gas x, Tylenol and Zofran. Increased acidity but have prescription for protonex. (take every morn) Stomach very distended I m nausea & in pain. I have not had an appetite.

Hi,

All your symptoms are due to constipation (trapped faecal mass inside your bowels). Once you will have a bowel movement, everything will settle.

So, take senna supplement as tea or candies to help induce a bowel movement. Increase fibre intake (in food and as psyllium or prunes supplement).

Increase water intake. Take a short walking after meals to ease bowel movements. An enema can help induce a bowel movement.
