How Can Stomach Ache Due To An Eating Disorder Be Treated?

Sometimes I have stomach pain because of eating slate pencil. Past 10 yrs I ate till now continue. what will I do next? How can I stop that habbit ? It was nice to eat and it s smile mmmm..... awesome feeling but am scared to my future because now am only 18
