General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sounds like you have an episode of severe acute gastroenteritis. Most of the times it subsides on its own within 48hrs but your doctor may give you pills to control the vomiting.

Drink plenty of water/ Oral rehydration solution/Electoral to avoid dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shilpi Kulshreshtha, General & Family Physician
