How Can Stomach Infection In A Child Be Treated?

My daughter is 9 years old.she got up with a stomach infectionn this morwent,has got loose motions and went 5 times in 30 minutes. I have given her 1 teaspoon of gramogyl syrup since that was the only medicine available at this hour.will it help? When should i give that again.plz help.

Yes, you can give it, 10 ml morning and evening. Give lemon water add sugar and salt in it to avoid dehydration.
