How Can Stomach Infection In A Child Be Treated?

Hello, my 11 year old son has diarhea for 2 days now, his stool exam shows positive amoeba. what medicines should i give him and what food to avoid? He weighs 43 kilos now. he had fever two days but is ok now.but his poop is colored light green watery.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the confirmed case of amoebiasis so it can be treated with Tab Metronidazole 200 mg twice in day for five days, now as long as the diet is concern no specific diet is there patient can have the routine diet but of course care need to be taken for safe drinking water, hope this information helps.
