How Can Stomach Infection In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, My baby is 2 months old, his stool test found 18-20 puss cell, blood, mucus. Doctor has given antibiotics course, which is completed. He is on breast feeding, now I am not having milk or dairy product as suggested by doctor. Please advice.
