How Can Stomach Pain And Fatigue With Dizziness Be Treated?
Hi Dr. Topiwala, I am a 50 yo female that was previously dx with Hashimotos thyroiditis and I also have been dx with lymphocytic colitis. I currently have stomach pain and fatigue. My symptoms are not severe, but I do get dizzy and have some joint pain, hearing loss and in the past low D low K but I am not on meds now. I don t know if I should continue my D. I always show hashimotos antibody but usually t 3 is normal. I have never had a TRH test. I don t feel well but I try to keep a positive upbeat but I m tired. Thanks, pam
TRH stimulation test is not indicated for hashimoto thyroiditis, continue treatment with levothyroxine and keep checking TSH every 6 months.

How Can Stomach Pain And Fatigue With Dizziness Be Treated?
Hello, Yes, you should continue the treatment with vitamin D supplements. The hearing loss and dizziness are not related to a thyroid issue. You should see an ENT to rule out Menier disease.
