Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my 17 year old daughter has not been feeling well yesterday and today. No fever. Stomach ache, worse after she eats...but she is hungry. She did vomit after eating lunch and having lemonade and vanilla coca colas. Went to graduation last night and went out after with family and had a cheeseburger and felt fine. Slept fine. She did a light work out today and had lunch and the stomach ache came back.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. For the symptoms of stomach pain and vomiting, your daughter can take medication containing Pantoprazole with domperidone combination on empty stomach in the morning once a day. Depending on the need, if vomiting happens again, she can take only Domperidone medication later. Kindly give her diet which is non-spicy, soft and easily digestible. Gradually, she should feel better and be back to normal. Hope the information provided helps. All the best. Regards, Dr.Ashakiran.S., MBBS., MD.
