Hello,

It may be due to anal sphincter spasm or complex regional pain syndrome or urinary tract infection or proctalgia fugax etcetera. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, drink plenty of liquids, avoid stress, use high fiber diet if symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
