Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your father has adenocarcinoma of stomach. Treatment depends on type and stage of stomach cancer. However primary treatment is resection of stomach and end to end anastomosis. Further treatment options are chemotherapy, radiotherapy and molecular agents but it depends on exact stage and spread of cancer. Consult your doctor and go for surgery as early as possible.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
