How Can Subconjunctival Hemorrhage In The Eye Be Treated?

I hit my eye really hard from a fall. I went to the emergency room and had a cat scan. I have a concussion and subconjuntival hemorrhage in my right eye. Is there something I can do to get rid of the horrible redness from home. I go on vacation in two days and look and feel terrible. Any tips to help the blood in my eye go away faster. I ll do anything. Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Subconjunctival hemorrhage goes of on its own in two to three weeks and we cannot speed its disappearance.

Hope it helps.
