o doctor i want to share my problem with you from last 5 to 6 year i am facing a problem at my left side..in summers my left side face,neck,nose and chin almost half of my face become black because if very much heat and over sweating but on the othet side my right side lives normal no heat no sweating at all ....Doctor its so embarrassing ....I am a working women(37) and i am very worried about my situation pls help me and suggest me what should i do the precautions ..... Check for Horner's syndrome (lack of sweating in half of the face), melasma, or fungal infection with sweating or niacinamide deficiency etc.
For sunburn get hydrated properly, use spf 30 while going under sun, use antioxidants like vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, vitamin a for fast recovery.
If no improvement please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
