My Left supraspinatus tendon has moderate tendonitis for last 4 months. Rotator cuff tendons including the subscapularis and infraspinatus are normal. The pain is not going. What movements I should avoid?, What exercise should I do? My GP suggested CORTICOSTERROID injection may not help. Your input please.
