General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you are suffering from severe social anxiety which is leading to the symptoms you have described. I would advise you consult a psychologist who will help you to overcome this problem.

He may advise you to get a psychiatric opinion who may put you on anti-anxiety medicines for a few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
