How Can Swelling And Numbness In The Testicles Be Treated?

I was walking down the street when a young girl asked me to buy her cigarettes. When I refused she grabbed hold of my testicles and she squeezed them really hard. Now my testicles are very swollen and my penis is numb. Do you think she did some damage? What should I do?

Hi,

Should apply cold (not ice) compresses locally. It should be fine after a couple of days. If not should see urologist to rule out any other more serious complication.
