Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

It is important that you seek medical attention soon. Because you have had a surgery recently, which in itself is a risk factor for deep vein thrombosis and also because your leg is swollen and hard, it is very important to have a Doppler ultrasound as soon as possible and be examined to rule out deep vein thrombosis. Deep vein thrombosis, especially if it effects the leg area over the knee level has a high risk of releasing thrombus in the system and effect the lungs causing pulmonary thrombembolysm which is a real medical urgency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Antoneta Zotaj
