How Can Swelling And Pain In The Toes Due To An Injury Be Treated?

I stepped on an aluminum nail on the ball of right foot about center of ball it went in to either bone or almost bone. my three little toes had swollen up and that was last Friday Saturday it hurt really bad and now the second little one is still swollen and hurts throughout whole toe. and is real sensitive. I have soaked in Epson salt and the pain and swelling went down for about 30 minutes. what should I do I have no medial insurance and not much money.

Clean it with dettol through swab and then put bondage on it....take antibiotics(co-amoxiclav_375mg twice a day) and if pain is there then also take painkillers like paracetamol_500 mg when needed or diclophenic sodium_25mg twice a day
